Terms and Conditions


All payments are handled by either Stripe or Paypal. VAT is included for order within the European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

Depoche never store or transfer any credit card information. Depoche use external payment gateways, Stripe and Paypal, for e-commerce. Stripe and Paypal handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the card holder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

We ship all watches within five business days, usually it will be quicker than that. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation see our page about Shipping, or contact us by email:



If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as DHL or Postnord. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the DHL/Postnord claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.



Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and chain. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Depoche. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Online order confirmation or in-store receipt from authorized retailer is required.

NB - Your warranty does not cover: Life of the battery, wear and tear, damage caused from accidents, or mishandling to any part of the watch, including the chain. Water penetration is also not covered.



You can return your watch up to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable):
If any item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If that is the case and you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 30 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
